What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive a Range of Routes: You’ll operate school buses and motor coaches on everything from local routes to long-distance trips across the United States. Variety is built into the job.
• Transport Passengers Safely: Whether it’s school children, charter groups, or private clients, your priority is getting them to their destination safely and on time.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: You’re the face of the company when you’re behind the wheel. Friendly, professional interactions make all the difference.
• Stay Flexible for Overnight Trips: Some runs will require overnight stays. You’ll need to be comfortable with that and prepared for time away.
• Follow All Safety Requirements: You’ll maintain compliance with CDL regulations, medical card requirements, and company safety policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Current CDL with Passenger Endorsement: You have a valid Class A or B CDL with passenger endorsement or you’re willing to obtain it.
• Current Medical Card: Your DOT medical card is up to date..
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills: You’re comfortable talking to passengers, answering questions, and representing the company professionally.
• Reliable and Responsible: Safety and punctuality aren’t optional. We need drivers we can count on.
• Flexible for Overnights: Some trips require staying overnight. You need to be okay with that.
