 Key Responsibilities

Your sharp eye for detail and superb organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the flawless operation of our housekeeping department.

• Act as the central communication hub, coordinating seamlessly between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
• Run daily room status reports, prioritize cleaning schedules, and efficiently assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies with room status in close collaboration with the Front Desk to ensure accuracy.
• Meticulously monitor and update the ‘Do Not Disturb’ list and assign rush room cleanings as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and security, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards immediately.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who embodies professionalism and possesses a natural talent for coordination.

• At least one year of experience in a related role within a hotel environment is required.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using computers for reports and communication is essential.
• A professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and luxury standards of the Bulgari brand.
