Job Description

Ruentex Development Co., Ltd is currently hiring Construction Workers to support various ongoing and upcoming building projects. The role includes general construction activities such as site preparation, structure assembly, concrete work, material handling, scaffolding support, and assisting skilled technicians like carpenters, masons, and welders.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to follow safety instructions and work under supervision
• Teamwork, punctuality, and discipline are essential

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of experience in construction or general labor is preferred
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial sites is an advantage
• Fresh workers may also apply, depending on project requirements

Responsibilities

• Assisting with construction site setup and daily tasks
• Loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials
